Shipping

All products from Honey Haven Art are made to order, meaning that I start the crafting process as soon as the order is placed. As every piece is made for each individual customer, slight variations are to be expected. My goal is for any physical order to be completed within 2 weeks, with shipping times varying depending on location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If your item does not meet your standards, it can be returned within 1 week of delivery, with the buyer paying shipping charges. After the item’s safe return, your money will be refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellations with a full refund are accepted within 2 days of an order being placed. Afterwards, a $10 fee will be charged for any cancellations, as compensation for the work done on your order.

Exchanges

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, it can be shipped back and exchanged for an item of equal value, with an additional $10 shipping charge for new items. However, as all pieces are made to order, please keep in mind that it will likely be another 2 weeks before the arrival of the new product.
